We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours of receipt and aim to resolve them within 30 days. If your grievance is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may approach the relevant consumer dispute redressal forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or the Data Protection Board of India for data-related matters.
04 Pricing and taxes
PostMyPlatter offers a monthly subscription service. The applicable price is shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
The subscription is currently billed in US dollars (USD). The price shown at checkout is the total amount you will be charged. We do not charge any hidden or undisclosed fees.
05 Country of origin / service origin
PostMyPlatter is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product developed and operated by PostMyPlatter LLC, a company registered in California, United States. The service is provided by a US-based entity. Data is processed and stored in the United States and with our third-party service providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
06 Cancellation and refund policy
Cancellation
You may cancel your PostMyPlatter subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You retain access to the Services until that date.
- Web or direct billing: Cancel through your account settings at app.postmyplatter.com.
- Apple App Store: Cancellation must be done through your Apple ID account settings. PostMyPlatter cannot cancel an App Store-billed subscription on your behalf.
- Google Play: Cancellation must be done through your Google Play account settings. PostMyPlatter cannot cancel a Google Play-billed subscription on your behalf.
Refunds
We do not issue pro-rated refunds for partial subscription periods. If you cancel mid-period, you retain access until the end of the paid term but are not refunded for the unused portion.
For Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions, refund requests are handled by Apple or Google respectively under their applicable policies.

07 Purchase consent
PostMyPlatter does not use pre-ticked consent for purchases. Purchase consent is explicit and per-transaction: you will be shown the applicable price and currency before confirming your subscription. No subscription or charge is initiated without your affirmative action at the time of purchase.
