Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
Yes. Your card or wallet is collected at signup but isn't charged until day 15. You can cancel anytime in your account settings — we'll also email you 3 days before the trial ends as a reminder.
What happens after my trial ends?
If you've added a card, your Starter subscription begins at $9.99/month. If you haven't, your account moves to read-only — you keep what you've made, but you can't create new posts until you subscribe. No data is deleted.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Two taps in your account settings. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We don't pro-rate refunds, but we also don't make cancellation harder than signup.
Do you offer an annual discount?
Not yet. We want to nail the monthly experience first. Annual pricing may come later.
Can I switch plans later?
When more plans launch, switching between them will be straightforward.
Do you offer refunds?
If something's broken on our end, yes — email us. Otherwise, the 14-day trial is meant to be the "try before you pay" — we don't refund subscription months that have already started.
What counts as one "AI-generated caption"?
Each time you tap "Generate caption" or "Rewrite," it counts as one. Editing the result yourself doesn't count. Free trials get the same 50/month allowance as paid Starter.
