What's included in the US$9.99 Starter plan?
The Starter plan includes everything you need to create Instagram posts for your food business: 4 post templates, AI-generated captions (up to 50 per month), photo enhancement tools (background removal, smart cropping, filters), 5 color palettes, and unlimited posts. Your subscription works across iOS, Android, and Web. Sign in on any device with the same account. The Starter plan is for creating social media posts. If you're looking for a full restaurant website, custom domain, or online ordering, those features are part of our upcoming Business plan. Join the waitlist on our pricing page to be notified when it launches.
Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
Yes. Your card is collected at signup but isn't charged until day 15. We'll email you a reminder before your trial ends. You can cancel anytime in your account settings before day 15 to avoid any charge.
What happens after my trial ends?
On day 15, your card is automatically charged US$9.99 and your Starter subscription begins. You can cancel anytime in your account settings: before day 15 to avoid any charge, or anytime after to cancel future renewals. No data is deleted unless you cancel your account entirely.
Do you support customers outside the US?
Yes. PostMyPlatter is available in 154 countries across the Americas, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Oceania, including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, India, Mexico, the Philippines, Indonesia, the UAE, Nigeria, South Africa, and many more. You can see the full list on our Supported Countries page. Prices are shown in US dollars and you’re charged the listed price. You can pay with any major credit or debit card.
Is PostMyPlatter available in my country?
We’re currently available in 154 countries. You can check the full list on our Supported Countries page. We’re not yet available everywhere (including China, Brazil, and the European Union), but we’re expanding over time. If your country isn’t listed yet, join our waitlist and we’ll let you know when PostMyPlatter arrives.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Two taps in your account settings. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We don't pro-rate refunds, but we also don't make cancellation harder than signup.
Do you offer an annual discount?
Not yet. We want to nail the monthly experience first. Annual pricing may come later.
Can I switch plans later?
When more plans launch, switching between them will be straightforward.
Do you offer refunds?
If something's broken on our end, yes: email us. Otherwise, the 14-day trial is meant to be the "try before you pay" period, and we don't refund subscription months that have already started.
What counts as one "AI-generated caption"?
Each time you tap "Generate caption" or "Rewrite," it counts as one. Editing the result yourself doesn't count. Free trials get the same 50/month allowance as paid Starter.
Can I subscribe through the App Store or Google Play instead?
Yes. PostMyPlatter is available on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). In-app subscriptions are $12.99/month due to the platform fee charged by Apple and Google. You get the same features on all platforms, the only difference is price. Subscribing here on the web is $3/month cheaper and gives you the same access across iOS, Android, and Web.
