Cancelling your subscription

You can only cancel through the platform where you originally subscribed. Here is how for each.

Web (postmyplatter.com)

Cancel from any device:

1. Go to app.postmyplatter.com/settings
2. Under Subscription, tap Manage billing & invoices
3. Select Cancel plan in the billing portal

Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

iPhone or iPad (App Store)

Cancel through Apple. This cannot be done from the web or Android app:

1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
2. Tap your name → Subscriptions
3. Select PostMyPlatter → Cancel Subscription

Your access continues until the end of your paid period.

Android (Google Play)

Cancel through Google. This cannot be done from the web or iOS app:

1. Open the Google Play Store
2. Tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
3. Select PostMyPlatter → Cancel subscription

Your access continues until the end of your paid period.
