Starting and ending your 14-day free trial
How the trial works depends on where you sign up.
Starting your free trial
Web (app.postmyplatter.com)
A 14-day free trial is offered when you subscribe. A payment card is required. You will not be charged during the 14 days. A paid subscription begins automatically when the trial ends. If you cancel before it ends, you will not be charged.
iPhone and iPad (Apple App Store)
A 14-day free trial is available when you subscribe for the first time. Your subscription begins automatically at the price shown in the App Store when the trial ends. Trial eligibility and billing are managed by Apple. Each Apple ID is eligible for one free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
Android (Google Play)
A 14-day free trial is available when you subscribe for the first time. Your subscription begins automatically at the price shown in Google Play when the trial ends. Trial eligibility and billing are managed by Google. Each Google account is eligible for one free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
Checking your trial status (web)
Go to Settings → Subscription. Your trial end date is shown. When 3 or fewer days remain, a countdown appears showing the exact number of days left.
Ending your trial early
- Web: go to Settings → Subscription → Manage billing & invoices → Cancel plan. Your page will confirm: “Your trial will end on [date] and you will not be charged.”
- iPhone / iPad: cancel via iOS Settings → Subscriptions → PostMyPlatter
- Android: cancel via Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → PostMyPlatter
One trial per account
Each platform manages trial eligibility independently: Apple by Apple ID, Google by Google account, and web by PostMyPlatter account. Previously used trials on any platform are not eligible for a second free trial on that same platform.
